Kihei Sands Condominium sits directly on one of Maui’s best beaches, Sugar Beach. From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, and stretching for miles in either direction. How far is it to the beach? Literally around 6 feet! Our Patio and lawn areas are idyllic. Enjoy each morning with fresh brewed coffee and each evening watching a spectacular Sunset while you grill dinner and sip a beverage.

Kihei Sands is a special place full of the Aloha spirit. Our intimate layout provides the perfect location for reunions, group getaways, honeymooners, seniors, families, couples and friends. With 22 units to choose from it’s easy to find the perfect fit for everyone in your group, from number of bedrooms (1, 2 & 3) to bed configurations.

Kihei Sands offers a wonderful alternative to crowded resorts with the intimate nature of our complex offering only 29 units total. To promote the health and safety of our guests and staff we have put into practice an enhanced protocol for vacation rental cleanliness: Kihei Sands Superior Clean. Our new cleaning program meets or exceeds CDC recommendations and aligns with guidance from hospitality industry experts. Our goal is to provide even more support and protection to everyone in the Kihei Sands community.

A short walk down the beach you’ll find several eateries and shops, including a Fresh Produce Market, ABC Store, Bakery, Shave Ice, and a small diner. There are numerous dining and shopping options within a couple miles of Kihei Sands. Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer.

Always relaxing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th time staying at Kihei Sands. The accommodations were great as usual. We always love spending time on the patio however this time was marred by an older gentleman who works there who made it feel like we were in trouble every time we threw our water bottles in the patio recycle bin. We consumed the water on the patio but we were rudely confronted twice telling us the recycle bins were for patio use only...that's exactly what we were doing and after we told him he never apologized. He told us to keep our voices down in the morning because people were sleeping, we weren't being loud! Never had we experienced this kind of behavior before. We spent a llot of money to stay there and expect to feel welcomed. We didn't break any rules but were made to feel like it. Not great customer service. There are many places we can stay on the island so I expect better.

Another fantastic stay at Kihei Sands

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great stay. The condo was comfortable. All the supplies and necessities more than adequate. Morning coffee and other guests were friendly and welcoming. The only four was because this particular condo is not as updated as the others but still comfortable. We will be back and always recommend Kihei Sands to others.

Nice place to stay

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Plenty of dishware, towels, paper towels, etc... The AC was ok but struggled to keep up during the day. The beds were comfortable and the view is nice. The condo is a little dated and there's a thick layer of dust in some areas but it's right on the beach and a comparable price.
