This spacious modernly designed historic 1938 bungalow combines proximity and walkability, enjoy neighborhood coffee shops, dining, bars, and CrossFit. The outdoor oasis includes top-end amenities: in-ground pool, putt-putt, pool table, fire pit, cabana with smart TV, half bath, and dining space to enhance your peaceful getaway. Enjoy the tranquility of a private retreat when booking this home.

The Space

Completely renovated 1938 bungalow with plentiful space both inside and out. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and a private sunroom.

All guest rooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and smart TV's for our guest's comfort.

Perfect lil’ Bungalow

My family and I used this rental while staying in Columbia, SC for a basic training graduation. The property was clean, which I greatly appreciated. The beds were extra comfortable and the backyard was amazing - a bonus for sure! I would highly recommend staying at this property.
