Located just three miles from Nottely Lake, this cheerful cottage offers a convenient home base for experiencing all the best that North Georgia has to offer. There's a bounty of nearby trails for hiking and off-road vehicles alike, along with plenty of swimming, fishing, and boating opportunities. The charming town of Blue Ridge is home to a variety of local shops, restaurants, seasonal festivals, and year-round attractions just 15 miles away.

In the summer months, spread out for a few rounds of cornhole in the fully fenced backyard or cool off with a dip in the private (seasonal) pool. The wraparound deck features a covered area for shaded comfort and a gas grill is equipped for family barbecues. In the evenings, gather around the firepit for some s'mores and conversation under the stars.

Chillier nights can be spent cozied up around the living room fireplace streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. The impressive full kitchen comes well-equipped with a brand-new fridge and all the major appliances you'll need for easy at-home meal prep. Each bedroom also includes its own smart TV and every room is equipped with a mounted air-conditioner for complete comfort and convenience. Additional perks include free WiFi.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 22 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
