This fully renovated home with a detached in-law suite is located in the highly sought-after Southeast Seminole Heights neighborhood, just minutes from the Original Taco Bus, all major interstate systems, Seminole Heights eateries and bars, the Hard Rock Casino, and so much more.

The property boasts major updated curb appeal with a custom address marquee, fresh paint, a bright yellow door that feels like sunshine, modern fencing, custom exterior accents, and brand-new roofs installed on both the main home and the M-I-L.

Inside, you'll be greeted by all-new wood laminate flooring casting natural light throughout the open floor plan in the main home. The main kitchen has a beautifully accented Spanish tile backsplash with gold trim with an oversized window perfect for gazing into your backyard oasis enclosed with a custom privacy fence, new sod, new landscaping, and cafe lights running from the main house to the mother-in-law suite creating the outdoor scene of your dreams. The main home kitchen also includes a custom-built, 10 ft-long quartz island that could also be used as a formal dining table.

Enjoy newly remodeled kitchens in both homes with 42-inch shaker cabinets, crown molding in the main kitchen, sparkling quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The mother-in-law suite also features brand-new grey wood plank tile flooring. The main home has a new air-conditioning system, while the suite is equipped with a new, mounted mini-split.

The property has a total of three newly remodeled bathrooms with matching shaker cabinets, sparkling quartz countertops, Spanish tile floors, subway tile in the showers, all gold bathroom fixtures and faucets, and custom glass shower panels and doors in the main house. The primary bedroom is equipped with an en-suite walk-in shower, a gorgeous double vanity, and a walk-in closet. As a bonus, a stackable washer/dryer is installed in the main home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
