The Space:
Stylish studio suite on the second floor of a three-story building in the ever-so-charming LE PLATEAU neighborhood. It’s a comfortable and convenient stay for a couple or solo traveler within walking distance of almost anything you’d need!

Outfitted with a plush queen-sized bed and quality linens and a full bathroom (towels provided) to accommodate up to two guests.

You’ll have a flatscreen HDTV for relaxing downtime moments at home and a desk area with complimentary and reliable WI-FI for your remote working needs.

There are laundry facilities in the corridor (shared with 2 other apartments) with a washing machine and dryer and some laundry detergent provided.

The LE PLATEAU neighborhood has a wonderful ambiance and is one of the trendiest areas of Montreal. PARKING: If you want to park your car on the street, please pay attention to the signs. Parking is generally paid on main avenues such as Ave Mont-Royal. Most secondary streets in the area are reserved for permit holders only. You purchase one permit for $8 every 24 hrs and enter the code PMR02 in any parking kiosk (please remember to leave the permit on your dashboard). *WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING FINES OR TICKETS.*

The apartment is certified by the Corporation de l'industrie Touristique du Québec and GST and QST are included in the price. For business travelers, we can provide an invoice for tax deductions.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you'd like the place cleaned during your stay, cleaning can be arranged for a fee.

Pets are not allowed to climb on the sofas or beds. No pet fees apply, but if additional cleaning is needed, you will be required to pay an additional fee. Aggressive or dangerous animals are not allowed.

We provide some essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: trash bags in all trash cans, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, dish soap and dishwasher tabs. Please note that these items are not replenishable. If you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Please take note that candles, incense or any other burnable object with flames inside the property are strictly prohibited.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the apartment, and the use of recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events or illegal activity is permitted, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please, no music after 10 pm. You may enjoy music at a moderate volume until 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. The area has great restaurants and clubs where you can continue past 10 pm.
- To help us keep a good relationship with our community and monitor your compliance with our house rules, the apartment is equipped with Minut, a noise sensor that measures decibel levels (not a recording device), a signal detection sensor that counts the number of devices in the apartment at any one time (it does not access any personal information), and a cigarette smoke detector.
- In the event of excessive noise, power to the unit will be shut off.
- Please do not tamper with or disconnect any devices, or we will be forced to involve law enforcement, and you may be asked to vacate the premises.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or an extra-cleaning charge if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on check-in day or during their stay for identity verification.
- Max of 2 pets are allowed.
- No shoes can be worn inside the house.
- Guests are responsible for any fines, penalties or consequences that result from the guest's actions or violations of the house rules.
