• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.
• Per City of Scottsdale, maximum occupancy may consist of 6 adults and their dependent children sleeping up to the maximum capacity of our home.

• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in time via email.
• Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation
• We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors.
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement.
• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
• Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.
