There is bridge construction around the building. Views are seen from rooftop or other areas of the property.

This is an apartment unit. Other permanent residents live in the building. Please be mindful of noise levels.

Ample street parking (paid gated parking available upon request). Perfect for walking to Rivermarket, Downtown, and the West Bottoms. Bird scooters are readily available outside the entrance of the loft building. Uber and Lyft are also great ride sharing services with easy access. If you'd like to rent a car I suggest Turo - the Airbnb for cars. Walk to street car (free for the public).
