Hello Beach! Hello Salt Air! Hello Sunshine! This 2 bedroom/ 3 bath beach villa retreat sits directly across the road from west beach in Gulf Shores.

You will enjoy wonderful sunsets from your twin level decks, cookouts in the backyard facing the pool and play area (great for kids), and the convenience to Alabama`s beautiful beaches.

Inside, there is space galore. On the main level is a large family room/dining area for everyone to relax after your time in the sun. There is a fully stocked kitchen, the first of 3 full bathrooms, and a nicely furnished balcony. Upstairs is a unique primary bedroom with a king bed and a sleeper chaise lounge. Your second deck is private and directly off the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed in addition to a twin over twin bunk bed. Two additional full bathrooms give your group all the options you need. The stackable washer and dryer are located in the hallway for your convenience.. Hello Sunshine is uniquely decorated including the bright, neon "Hello Sunshine" sign that welcomes you in the foyer. The owner`s hope you enjoy the whimsical touches of this charming villa.

Great!!

We had a great time at Hello Sunshine. The property managers were the best I’ve ever had to deal with. It’s right across the street, 1min walk. Pool and tennis courts behind you made it easy for my little ones. Inside looks exactly like pictures. We will definitely stay again.

Cute family friendly house in great location

This property is close enough to everything but far enough out from city center that there isn't tons of traffic. Short walk (3 minutes) to beach, pool, market, ice cream shop, fish market, and restaurant. Decor just adds to this two level house with great layout. Bathrooms and great shaded balcony seating on both levels. Would definitely stay at again.

Pre-wedding/son off to college getaway

This was an awesome place to stay! I did about a months worth of research and found this one. We literally walked across the street right to the beach, could still see the ocean from the balcony. You couldn't hardly tell, once inside, that it was a duplex; that was so nice. Everything was great once we fixed a couple little things (burned out lights, running toilets, etc...) A storm blew through a couple days into our stay and tore the curtains down from the top balcony (they were looking weak to begin with) it wasnt something we could fix. I would still give this property A+ rating and would love to rent again.

Great week

We have stayed in this area the last three years and just love it. The condo is perfect for us and the location is just right across from the street from the beach which is an easy walk. The condo was well equipped with everything you could need.
