Directly on the beach in exclusive private gated community, with a view of the sand, palm trees, and the occasional pelican diving for dinner. A new restaurant has been added to our community, right on the beach, to left of our condominium complex. A long awaited convenience to our guests. This condo is on the beach and the water's edge is 90 feet approximately. High-end apartment with two master suites, fully equipped kitchen, free international phone for calls to and from US and Canada, and both indoor and outdoor living and dining furnishings including outdoor grill. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a view of Caribbean paradise. Enjoy an evening cocktail on your expansive private terrace or relax in a magnificent and expansive infinity pool while gazing at a star-filled sky at night or taking in the white sands of a private Caribbean beach. Watch your children play in the surf.

Are you the type of person who doesn’t want to sit chair-to-chair with 100’s of other tourists or have to get up before 7 am to “claim” a chair for the day before all the good seats are taken? On this large private and groomed beach, you will be one of just a handful of people. This exclusive community gives you an opportunity to enjoy the real Caribbean. It is a 35 minute ride from the airport, away from the noise and busyness of Bavaro but close enough to drive or take a taxi in the evening if you want to go to a club or casino. It is a gated community with 24/7 security ensuring privacy and safety.

There is a beautiful and expansive infinity pool, poolside lounge chairs, and ocean side lounge chairs.

The loveliness of the beach and grounds and pools. The convenience with grocery shopping and restaurants by the entrance/concierge. The golf carts for elderly and pedestrian. The safety and the vigilant, friendly and caring staff. Also the nearness of the good restaurant Castaways at your doorstep. I pray there will be a chapel with Daily Mass in this area of Punta Cana tho.

Exceeded my expectations

Had a wonderful time. Condo is right on the beach. Spent lots of time just relaxing on the large back porch. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Propane grill was a bonus. Host was very helpful and responsive. Restaurant is outstanding. Highly recommend. We we are already planning to reserve same place for vacation for next year. Thank you. My best vacation ever!

Back to the Beach

I always enjoy my time at this condo. It has everything I need. Great to see upgrades to Smart TV's. I used my Netflix in the evenings to watch TV. Furniture is always renewed although I miss my couch, the new outdoor seating is beautiful and very comfortable. I will be back next year!

Wonderful Getaway from Winter

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice! Much nicer and spacious in person. Kim made sure that we had everything we wanted and needed during our visit. We would definitely come back!
