My place is a self-check-in any time after 4pm. Therefore, the keys will be in an envelope at your attention at the front desk which will be given to you on presentation of a valid government issued photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, US military ID (active duty or retired military and their dependents, and DoD civilians and a Permanent resident card. There's someone 24 hours a day at the front desk.
